Matt Pusateri lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He earned a Master’s degree in nonfiction writing at Johns Hopkins University in 2011 and received the Outstanding Graduate Award.

Matt is the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at the Museum of Life and Science in Durham, North Carolina.

For nearly five years, Matt ran Flying Dog Creative, which provided digital strategy, copywriting, design, and email marketing campaigns to nonprofits.

Matt created and hosted the Nonfiction Podcast and published The Battle for the Ballot, an email newsletter about attacks on voting rights and fair elections.
